“It’s been a tremendous gift to witness the healing, health and wellness of my clients. Through our work, many have increased their flexibility, energy and awareness as well as discovering a renewed passion for their lives.”

I first discovered Reiki several years ago from my mentor and teacher Elizabeth. Her enthusiasm was infectious and my interest was piqued. I decided to schedule my first session with her.

When Elizabeth placed her hands on the crown of my head, waves of energy began flowing through my body and I dropped into a deep meditative state while a sense of peace came over me and the entire room. The session was restorative, powerful and it inspired me to connect on a deeper level to my own healing and self-discovery.

Within a few months, I became a Reiki Practitioner and soon thereafter, I was faced with a health crisis. Performing Reiki on this family member was incredibly healing, transformative, and a profound spiritual experience. It became clear that Reiki was meant to be a part of my life.

In 2013, a trip to Ghana West Africa changed the trajectory of my life. I traveled to the northern region to assist in building a drumming hut for a traditional African music and dance school. The children’s joy in sharing their culture was infectious. My hope is to create a foundation that inspires and empowers children through education in Ghana and around the world.

As I continue on this journey, it’s been a joy to witness the healing and transformation of my clients. Being of service through Reiki is a tremendous gift and each day I am grateful for the opportunity to serve.

“Everybody can be great … because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”

~ Martin Luther King, Jr.
